New Customer Portal: MyWaterHub 

We’re excited to introduce you to your new Customer Portal — MyWaterHub! It's your one-stop hub for managing your water account, access forms, helpful links and staying connected. Login using the same credentials used for Citizen Self Service.

New Business Hours - Coming January 1!

Customer Support business hours will be updated to Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Upgraded Payment System * We now use Tyler Payments that provides a more secure and user-friendly way to pay.

The old number will no longer be available as of 12/31/2025.
