Fayette County Citizen Self Service Welcome to Fayette County GA's Citizen Self Service site. *** Effective, February 11th, 2023, Citizen Self Service (CSS) is being upgraded with new security authentication. *** Existing and new users who access Citizen Self Service after February 11, 2023, must create a Tyler Identity log-in profile using an active email address and password. After confirming your email address, the system will attempt to match an existing CSS utility account. When a match is found, the new Tyler Identity record will be linked to the existing CSS user profile. If no match is found, the CSS user will need to link their utility account.
